A go-to Seasoning for Summer Grilling
My favorite childhood meal and the one I’d request on birthdays was braised pork chops. My Fletcher’s birthday meal is ‘meat on the bone’ or slow roasted fall apart baby back pork ribs more specifically. I always serve those ribs on the 4th of July and I personally cooked pulled pork to feed the 200 guests at my wedding.
Pork and I have a beautiful history and I’m not even mad about it.
This is my go to summer grilling seasoning. I keep a big jar of it in the cabinet and use it on all things pork – pork roast, pulled pork, grilled pork chops, seared pork loin and pork ribs. You can adjust the seasonings to your liking and add other things – chile flakes, turmeric, onion powder and cayenne are all great additions. Play around and customize it to your own unique taste.
