Fresh juicy berries infused into sweet black tea make beautiful jewel toned iced tea. Combine it with a splash of cream for an all natural, flavorful and refreshing Raspberry Infused Iced Black Tea Latte.
Stir up a big pitcher of this bright pink hued tea. It’s perfect for parties or to have on hand whenever the need for refreshment hits! Only 3 ingredients (4 if you count the water!) and a few minutes is all it takes. And, like most my recipes Raspberry Infused Iced Black Tea Lattes can be made with your choice of tea, fruit, or cream, mix it up and have fun!
Fresh Fruit Infused Iced Tea
Whether it’s blackberries and earl grey in Blackberry Infused Earl Grey Iced Tea. Or a peachy bourbon tea cocktail like the Peach Tea Bourbon Smash the steps are the same and the results are outstanding.
Raspberry Infused Iced Black Tea Latte Recipe
Based on one of my favorite (and most popular!) recipes, the Raspberry Infused Iced Black Tea Latte employs the same basic and easy method I use for all tea infusions.
Simply smash fruit with sugar and tea. Then steep with hot water.
Steep for only five minutes. Or, the recommended steeping times for whichever type of tea you choose. By doing this and cooling quickly you’re guaranteed to have infused tea is smooth and delicious rather than bitter. Use loose leaf tea or tea sachets. Using bagged tea also allows you to save the strained fruit for another use. Delicious over ice cream or made into popsicles or maybe a tea infused fruit cobbler, ice cream, or jam for filling cookies.
Strained and poured over ice the tea takes on the jeweled toned color of the berries. Beautiful bright pink color (naturally!!) with zero artificial colors or flavors.
Serve the bright pink sweet tea simply poured over ice. Or, transform it into a latte with just a drizzle of cream.
It’s so easy to whip up a big batch of this beautiful infused tea latte! Watch for yourself!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pint raspberries rinsed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar or any alternative sweetener
- 8 bags black tea or 4 tablespoons loose leaf tea
- 1/2 cup cream or any dairy alternative
Instructions
- Bring 5 cups of water to boil. Meanwhile, place raspberries in a large bowl with sugar. Crush into a thick jam like liquid. Sprinkle in tea or add tea bags.
- Pour hot water over fruit and tea and steep for only 5 minutes.
- Place 5 cups of ice in a large pitcher and strain raspberry infused tea concentrate over ice.
- The ice will immediately melt, diluting the concentrate and cooling the tea.
- Drizzle in a tablespoon of cream. Serve.

Customize it!
This recipe makes a large 8-serving pitcher, but can easily be cut in half for a smaller crowd or doubled for a party.
For parties, freeze 1/2 a pint of fresh berries and use plop them in your pitcher before serving for a pretty way to cool your tea without watering it down.
Serve alongside a bottle of ice cold vodka and club soda and your guests can get creative making cocktails or tea spritzers.
Top with sparkling water for a creamy homemade tea spritzer. A shot of vodka or gin will make it a spiked raspberry iced tea cocktail. Or, take my advice and mix up a fizzy, fruity, creamy fruit infused cocktail with the addition of BOTH vodka and sparkling water.
enjoy!
