Add onion, garlic, jalapeno and avocado to medium bowl.
Mash with fork until chunky.
Stir in cumin, lime and cilantro until just combined.
Add salt to taste and serve!

To refrigerate, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, ensuring it's touching the surface and add an avocado pit to avoid browning.
